I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at XPO (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2014
Interview
The hiring process was more or less a group interview with a couple of managers and a handful of other applicants. Looking around the office no one looks to be over 30. If I had to say so I'd say there has to be a degree of age discrimination here.

Question 1
No unexpected questions. Unusual that the interview was done in a group setting like the movie "boiler room" people seemed nice . Just could tell they wanted employees 30 or under.
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, had an in-person interview with the Sales Manager and then a second interview where I job shadowed the other Sales Reps. After accepting the job I had to take a drug test at a facility.

They asked what I liked/disliked about past sales positions
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at XPO
Interview
I had my resume submitted through a recruiter. It was a smooth process. Still salty about the result though, as it appears to have been for a petty reason. My answer to the question below was the reason I was not hired.
Over done and not based on ability or skill. The whole process was based on who liked you versus your ability or background. Looking for yes people, not forward thinkers.
