Interview
I was messaged via email after applying for a local line haul position.
From there an interview was set up.
While there I incoward a few interesting situations.
One, both the interviewer and I overheard an employee say "I should hang that guy up from his neck."
Two, dumb interview questions,
Three, failure to clearify why I wasn't offered a position. I got no reply from them as to why, even after asking for a reason.
I'm an entry level driver with 3 months cdl experience. And 2 years non cdl flat bed work

Why xpo? (dumb question, cuz ur gunna pay me well!)
What did you like about ***Previous job*** (people weren't jerks at the ski resort)
What is a thing that you can work on (Trick question, wanting admission of guilt here)
Walking into the facility you feel welcomed the receptionist greeted me with a smiling and very nice. Waites for no more then 5 mins when they walked me back. easy very straight forward shared their needs and expectations. Seems like a very promising company with great opportunities for growth.
