I was introduced to XPO through a local recruiter. I had applied on my own directly to the company previously with no response. A panel type interview was set up with three XPO staff. The interview lasted a little over one hour. Even though the company doesn’t have a very good reputation for employee work life balance and professional management style, I thought it would have been an ok fit.
