As mentioned, spoke with someone in Due Diligence and they asked the following questions:
1. Have you been terminated from a position?
2. Did you embellish your resume?
3. Have you sold or consumed illegal drugs?
4. Have you sold or consumed illegal drugs in the past 12months
5. Do you have any liens or bankruptcies?
6. Have you ever taken legal action against a company you were employed at?
7. Have you ever taken legal action against another employee from a company you worked at?
8. Where would you rank your financial status? 5 - being wealthy and 1 - being poor?
9. Rank how you value honesty and integrity
10. What other offers are you considering? Where are they? Who are they with? When are you interviewing with them?
11. Where does XPO rank on the list? If we offered you a position tomorrow, would you accept it?
I could keep going but I think you get the gist. It does not matter what level you are interviewing for, this is a complete violation and screams "we bully, we judge, we discriminate."
