Vile. Applied online, had an online interview with recruiter. Absolutely no followup, which is incompetent and unprofessional. They still keep posting the same job posting after months, incompetent and unproffesional Avoid these peoplel

The interview process was very chill, they were looking to see how much passion I had rather than testing my skills/knowledge. I imagine that as it is an intern role, they value a willingness to learn and a passion for the work rather than your current skillset. The people at XL Construction were extremely kind and I had an awesome interview process.
