The interview process was really different. I applied, heard nothing, then a few months later the recruiter emailed me about the position. We scheduled an informational interview the next day, where she told me to really think about what I want and what I'm looking for in an internship. We then scheduled a follow up interview for the next week, where I was offered the job.
