They call you after you apply online and review key points off of your resume and have you elaborate on your experience. You go through a phone interview, a one on one interview, and potentially another one on one interview. You get to know the managers and some of the staff throughout the process.

Interview
I got an email from the recruiter, then a phone call to schedule the interview. It went great. The interviewer was professional and friendly. It was a commission based remuneration.
Interview was through zoom due to covid, but was laid back and not stressful. Asked basic interview questions and the interviewer was easy to talk to. Questions like "tell me about yourself" and "why would you be a good candidate"
