Starts with a Zoom interview with a coordinator to get your writing background and history of teaching elementary to high school kids. There's a second interview with the head of the company after.
Two rounds, first with local manager then HQ leadership. Described background working with kids and publishing history. They asked questions and I answered questions. It was on Zoom. It was average difficulty.
The interview process was easy like a conversation and the employers seemed really nice. The whole interview lasted about 30 minutes and asked standard questions about experience, education, and writing. Many of the staff is very well educated and studied a top universities, many with MFAs.
