Really supportive staff! Onboarding experience was great and I truly loved everything about my experience working with Writopia. The kids are great, the staff is great, their programming is great.

Cons

I wish the hourly rate was more robust for the school year. It's hard to commit to the commute etc for only 90 minutes of work when you're being paid 30/hr. If I was less busy I would've done it just because I enjoyed it so much but I couldn't justify it right now.

Pros

The Writopia staff and community is incredible. The work environment is so fun, warm, and welcoming. Everyone is so kind and supportive. Working with kids can be challenging at times, but there is a good basis of a support system for both the students and employees. You can tell that every person who works there is truly passionate about what they do and loves doing it.

Cons

Hours are limited since during the year most of the workshops and programs are after school, sometimes communication falls short.
