I interviewed for a Chief of Staff role at Wowcher. The process was professional and reasonably transparent throughout. The recruiter was responsive, the conversations were thoughtful, and the team gave clear context on what they were looking for.
I was not progressed after CEO conversation, but the feedback was specific and fair. They were looking for someone with more direct experience in a consumer-facing, high-volume, deals-led commercial environment, especially around partnerships and revenue ownership.
Overall, I appreciated the clarity and the respectful tone of the process. Even though it did not work out, it felt like a serious and well-run hiring process.
