Applied on online, got an email from a recruiter , which later led to a phone screen. The recruiter told me, the hiring manager wanted to interview me, but I ended up being passed to a different manager (Systems manager). The interview was scheduled for a Friday but the manager didn't show up for the interview. The interview had to be rescheduled. Also noticed a lot of communication gaps between the HR teams (in terms of scheduling the initial interview). Interview questions were mostly from resumes and very laid back. I later learned the guy failed me (honestly think he already had someone in mind). I was upset because, I was told by the recruiter that the hiring manager wanted to interview me, but never got a chance to talk to the guy. Overall, I can't say my experience interviewing with the company was a good one. But you might be better. It also looks like they are going through some internal restructuring.
