Recruiter sparito dopo il superamento del colloquio tecnico. Tra aprile e maggio mi sono candidato per una posizione su Milano. Superato il colloquio conoscitivo, e con HR, sono passato al colloquio tecnico che è andato bene. Il recruiter mi ha telefonato, senza preavviso per darmi un feedback. Avendo perso la telefonata, mi ha mandato una e-mail dicendomi che il colloquio era andato bene e voleva che ci sentissimo per proseguire. Ho risposto, ma non ho più ricevuto alcuna risposta. Sospettando problemi con la mia casella e-mail ho provato a richiamarlo più volte al telefono, contattarlo via LinkedIn e WhatsApp (scusandomi per l'intrusione). Non ho mai più ricevuto alcun contatto. Non credo serva un commento...

One hour call with management and an architect. At first we discussed the project and what would be expected of the role I was applying for. Afterwards, I had a discussion with the architect to assess my level.

Got an call from consultancy , she scheduled the technical interview there were total 2 interviews 1 tech + 1 Mang. The Interviewer was a girl , she asked me some very good basic tricky Core JAVA questions , I answered all of them except 1 , In the end she told me that I am very good with Core java , as I don't have much experience with UI she told me that she is okay with it and will talk to her manager to go ahead with your profile. Later on they rejected me saying I don't know anything in Java, She didn't asked me single question on microservies but reviewed that I am not much aware with microservices . These things points why this company is having low ratings. Wasted my time unnecessarily , chased the HR as I was sure that interview result will be positive.
