Interview
Very hurried group who interviewed me. CEO/SysAdmin/Receptionist. Went very smoothly<<I thought>> they said there were over 100 applicants and they would make a decision in 5 days. I sent a thanks you note and email, gave it time to hear back, called and there was no answer on the phone!
As they just moved to new diggs, their signage is not in place yet, gave it another two or three days. Dropped an email asking if a decision had been made or shall I move on.
Not communicating at least to me.
