I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at World Wildlife Fund in Apr 2015
Interview
The process seemed abnormally long given the type/nature of the position. It was broke into a phone, panel, and six-hour round robin with the staff in the office, field, and headquarters. There was also a timed writing test, timed strategy scenario, and filling out their online application. I was selected as one of two finalists but ultimately wasn't offered.
