Interviw panel 5 persons, each one with 2 questions about my work expirience and some behavioural questions. The interview process was very ease, people were kind and also attentive to the answers.

What values dou you think are important in a job?; What will you bring to this job?; What makes you a chosen candidate?; Where are your short term goals?
Got a phone call interview, answering simple and basic questions on my previous experiences and the level of my knowledge on environmental issues. Providing references and got hired after three weeks.
Everything went smoothly, kind and attentive HR personnel. They were responsive to my desires in career development and asked appropriate questions. I received another offer I had to accept so I did not continue with the process, but I can only say nice things from my impressions.
