WWT has an excellent company culture. They are careful to select candidates in the hiring process who will align well with their culture. The interview process was arduous-8 interviews over the course of 2 months. Questions ranged from behavioral, examples of specific work in the public sector and an oppty to make suggestions. All interviewers were congenial and respectful. Smart group.
