First round was with a recruiter which was actually more in depth than normal. They wanted to know all what you know about the company and why you applied. The initial round was then followed by three more rounds of interviews progressively with individuals higher up through the company. Each round seemed pleasant, as others have stated; however, making it through multiple rounds seems to not really be a marker for performance during the interview process. After a two week process of interviews I was told I would be given an update the next week as they wanted to make a decision, I was notified the following week after that that an internal candidate had popped up and they were moving forward with them instead.
