Group interview held outside of the building as the building was under construction at the time. Interviewed with store manager and a manager from a different World Market. Asked to be a part of a group interview in order to determine "Rock Stars" and "Those who stood out from the rest"

The interview process is pretty basic as you’d expect from a part time job. They just want to make sure that you can work at least one weekend day, and if you’re available to work later during the holiday season.

I applied online, called, set up an interview, and then went in. The manager was super nice, everything went pretty well, they asked basic questions, but I would only be able to work 4 hours due to being 16 and there already being 2 other 16 year-olds.
