The online interview process was well-organized, starting with clear communication on logistics. Initial video screenings effectively assessed communication skills. Subsequent interviews, blending behavioral questions and practical assessments, provided insights into candidates' abilities. Unfortunately, technical issues happen both on the side of the interviewer and interviewee. Maybe due to thier Zoom system.

there is the culture of building consenus, therefore everyone in the team has to 'meet' with the candidate, that includes subordinates as well. intreviees are clearly not 'trained' so exepct random questions, sometime not even relevant questions.
