Workscapes interview questions

I came in on two separate occasions for an interview. Spoke with the showroom director and the Design Manager regarding past design experience and company background. They did not ask to see or review any kind of design portfolio, and informed me that there would be lots of products to be educated on and new programs to learn (programs that were exclusive to the company).

Didn't really have an interview. I was referred by two friends that work there and they need me to cover as an emergency for someone who was absent. I was only asked on the phone if I was able to perform the tasks required for the job.
