I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Working-Capital.com (Vancouver, BC) in Nov 2013
Interview
1. Applied online
2. Interview with HR over the phone
3. Interview with the management
4. Job offer
It was a positive experience for me. I have to admit that at the time I was terrified but now thinking about the interview I think it was pretty easy. They just want to make sure you know what you are talking about and that the experience that you have is real, don't try to put fake references in your resume, they will find out and crush you in shame!! Who would do that anyway?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Html5, css, javascript, web and cloud applications, strategic thinking...
Then a bunch of personality question like, how would you resolve a conflict with a coworker?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Working-Capital.com (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2011
Interview
Started with an online application, then a phone call and last, an personal interview. Nothing to report to be honest, pretty normal. Nice people though. It happened pretty quickly, I guess they really needed somebody ASAP, but at any time I got the impression that they were just hiring "whoever". On average on this site it looks like the hiring process lasts max 2 weeks. Mine was one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Syntax, expressions, problem solving, logical applications on systems, cardinality or SQL. Not the hardest but a bit complex in some aspects.
Personal interview was legit and to the point.
