I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workable
Interview
The process was HR phone interview -> assessment -> assignment -> technical interview -> executive interview. I stopped after the technical interview, eventhough I did well on the assignment (bad performance due to anxiety on my end nothing to do with them). Overall I'll say the process takes WAAAAY too long (over a month) and I had one more interview to go, so expect 1.5 month at least from 1st interview to offer. It was good experience overall but if I had to add something negative I'd say that they took too long to send me letter that they wouldn't proceed (more than a week after they said they would), which was a red flag to me considering I was waiting on other offers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workable (Boston, MA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online. Spoke to an internal recruiter for an initial phone screen. Passed the IQ test, which took 30 min and then was sent an assignment which consisting of 3 tasks that took a few days to complete. Did well on the assignment and was scheduled for a Google Hangout with the hiring team and was immediately contacted for an onsite interview because I already had a counter offer, suggesting that they would like to make an offer as well. Onsite I met the local team members, who were wonderful, and then interviewed with the COO via Hangouts, which was rocky as he was very opinionated and asked me questions that had little to do with the role I was interviewing for. Day after the interview I was told that my counter offer was too high and they would not be extending me an offer nor increasing the compensation because the role was meant for a junior-level employee.

Interview
I applied online and interviewed at Workable (Boston, MA).
The first step was a friendly call from recruiter to discuss background, experience, job description and salary expectation. Then she sent me an aptitude test via email. Needless to say that I was expecting behavioral questions, rather than math, statistics and graphs etc to answer in 30'.
