I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wor-Wic Community College in Nov 2024
Interview
Short presentation on topic provided. No more than 10 minutes. Virtual interview depending on department the adjunct role is in.
HR is nice and organized helpful with questions. Short training once hired.
The interview was conversational, professional, and informative. Resources, facilities, and schedules were clearly outlined. I had a good sense of the school's mission and the needs of their population. I also understood my own potential role as an instructor and places where I might need help-- and how to get that help.
