## 6 interviews weren't enough to judge a candidate. A complete waste of time. Clearly there's a lack of communication between the hiring managers and recruiters. The hiring manager had no idea what candidate they want and didn't conveyed the requirements properly to the recruiters. I went through a total of six interviews, that included interviews with hiring managers, team leads, technical and system design interviews and a meetup with the director. Despite being told to wait for the offer letter after the fifth interview by their director, I was scheduled for yet another sixth interview with some other team leads. And afterwards, I was asked to attend a seventh interview. Apparently six interviews weren't enough to judge a candidate, lol. I had to pull out my job application because clearly they were not capable to make a decision of where to place me. Honestly, it was a complete waste of time. I wasn't expecting this bad hiring process by a company like Wolt. The management didn't keep their word, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply here. Save yourself the trouble and find better opportunities elsewhere. ## A word for the future applicants: 1. Don't trust their words. They went against their own words with me. I turned down other interviews because they told me to wait for the offer letter anytime soon. 2. They have a very long hiring process. Literally takes up your whole month.
