I have applied and was prepared for a particular job post, but during the interview the interviewer changed it to another role. I wasn't ready at all and I told him that I have only considered the one that I applied for, but it didn't work. It was only a waste of time. I was surprise and couldn't answer his questions.

the hiring process for that Project Manager gig has three steps. First, you chat with HR for like 30 minutes—they ask about your experience, leadership style, and how you fit with the team. It’s pretty chill but in-depth. Then, they send you a business case to tackle, like planning a project with timelines and risks. You get a couple of days to nail it. Finally, you have a big interview with the higher-ups, diving into your skills and the case you submitted. If it goes well, they talk offer details right there. Takes about 2-3 weeks, and they keep you posted. Solid process, honestly!

Quote nice process and colleaques. However, after it turned so that I was not the priority 1 candidate, the behaviour towards me changed quite a bit, which left a mediocre image of wolt.
