The first screening interview was a very pleasant and well-structured conversation with the Talent Acquisition Partner. It focused on my professional background, experience in account management, and understanding of the role. I also had the opportunity to learn more about Wolt, the team, and the expectations for the position. The discussion felt open and engaging, and there was enough time to ask questions about the company and the role.

Question 1
One of the main questions was about my previous experience in account management and how it relates to managing and growing client relationships similar to those Wolt works with. They also asked about my previous account management experience and how it aligns with the responsibilities of the role.
interview with hr first and you will meet one team member and lastly they send you case studies with 12 questions, you will make presentation for it. The case study is just time wasting, too long and you need to bluff a lot

I had an online interview, with a really nice and friendly recruiter. She asked me about my experience and explained the job position I am applying for. I was asked why do I like to do this job and how do I establish and maintain good relationships with my clients.
