2. Chat with Team Lead (30 min): This was an opportunity to learn more about the day-to-day work and team dynamics from an experienced engineer.
3. Technical Screening (1.5 hr): A comprehensive technical assessment, which provided a good challenge and allowed for a deeper dive into problem-solving.
4. Chat with CTO (30 min): A discussion with the CTO, offering insights into the company's technical vision and strategy.
