1. Direct phone call with no prior scheduling from team manager - very nice and friendly, explained about the position and asked questions to get to know me.
2. Home assignment of using their platform to create a short movie, using as much features as possible. Couple of hours of work (2-3)
3. Technical interview at company - with direct manager - SQL tasks and a simulation of support on their platform.
4. A week later, HR interview at company with HR manager and direct manager - questions mainly about professional background - basically - you take the lead after being asked - 'tell me about yourself'.
5. Next interview was supposed to be with one of the directors (technical + non technical), but in my case we found out my salary expectations were not matched to the salary offered - this 'slipped between the chair' as was supposed to be figured out earlier in the process. I got a phone call (about 2 weeks after last interview) informing me that company would like to proceed but just found out they do not have my salary expectations yet.
I would highly recommend to share expectations in this case on as early as possible stage (first phone call even) to avoid this kind of situation, or even simply ask directly what is the salary range offered if not wanting to mention a sum yourself, when interviewer raises the topic.
Other than that - the experience was great, super friendly and nice people, professional and motivational. Seems like a very nice place to work at.
