There were two interviews; the first one was conducted through HireVue and the second one was conducted through a Zoom call. People who don't like being filmed or recorded might have a hard time during the first interview. In the second interview, both the people were sitting sideways, away from the camera, and it was kind of disrespectful, I think. If you want to move to Estonia, then go for it. But, I wouldn't recommend leaving your country for a salary of 1525 EUR, which is low compared to the other EU countries. Also, I noticed one thing, i.e., a person who speaks Italian or some other European language is eligible for a language bonus, whereas a person who speaks an Asian language, e.g., Hindi, Bengali, Thai, or Tagalog, is not. My image about Wise has completely changed, and I'm glad that my application got rejected. It's clear that whatever is being preached is not being practiced.
