Well it looks like stupid procedure, never met the HR, even goes to final interview.
More over , the hiring system is messy , company inner problems , one small position have to go through so many interviews, during interview can few they r so arrogant, not much respect interviewee.
First round : team lead interview, basically talk upon your resume and then ask some tricky questions ; second round , practice day , someone will show u what is the work then u have to practice; third round : manager interview, more critical questions , final round : again new team lead interview, about how she will work ,same time evaluating whether you both match .
