The worst process I had experienced in this 8-year career.
1st of all HR will contact and share a link to give the Aptitude test of General reasoning(1 and half hours). If you clear this then in few days HR send the new link for the test to give 2nd online test of logical ability (45 min) then in few days HR send the new link for the test to give 3rd Technical test (1 and half hour)
after clearing all these rounds in 1 to 2 weeks they will take Managerial cum technical round on GMeet which does go around 2 hours long.
then no reply till 15 days from their end. after that, they give a call and ask for another managerial round with top management as a formal meet.
after asking for many days waiting they took a Technical interview (in the ideal process it should be the first step). that was also very long and ask all theoretical questions rather than the actual ability to make it into implementation which was also 2 hours long.
after this 1 month long process they didn't reply upfront, we need to ask after a week or two, then they said you are not selected!
(fortunately, I didn't select after the last round but my request to the management is please follow the ideal process and don't waste the time of the candidates and don't play with their career paths)
