Winthrop Technologies interview questions

I had two conversations: 1. General intake, where hiring manager asked practical questions, without further explanation of the job or the company. 2. Team lead interview, with a software testing. The role was described and anmed "BIM coordinator", and they wanted to test modelling skills only. Total mismatch between what was described and what they were looking for.

I had a very poor experience with Winthrop during their graduate recruitment process. After an initial HR interview, I was scheduled to speak with an engineer — but the interview was rescheduled three times and on each occasion, the engineer simply did not show up. Months later, I reapplied and finally spoke with an engineer, and that part of the interview went well. However, they were extremely slow to send out an offer, by which point I had already accepted a position elsewhere.
