Winnebago County interview questions

They will ghost you after two interviews!!!! Received a phone call that they would like to set up a Zoom interview. I agreed and we set up a time that works for everyone. In the interview there was three people sitting around a table, one was a HR representative, one was an employee of the department and the other was the director. They went around the table each asking a few questions. I answered to the best of my abilities. At the end I had the opportunity to ask questions, which I did. And then we said our goodbyes. In the same day I sent a thank you email. A few hours later the HR rep called to set up a second interview but this time in person. I am from out of state but not too far. I agreed to meet in person. Then, about an hour later he realized I was out of state so it was set up to be over zoom again. The interview happened just a few days later. This time the interview was only 10 minutes, everyone only had one question a piece. I asked another question and we said our goodbyes. Later in the day I sent another thank you email. One week later I have heard nothing, so I reached out via email. Nothing. I waited another week (2 weeks now). Reached out again and silence! It's been almost a month now and still nothing. They went thru two interviews and then ghosted me! I had to take time off of work to do the interviews! What a waste of time off! Reflects poorly on them ghosting after two interviews!
