Win & Winnow interview questions

La entrevista y la calidez de la gente es excelente, te hacen sentir como en casa. Pasé por 3 instancias en donde las 3 personas me hacian las mismas preguntas. El problema es que no es una empresa estable, no crecen entonces al no tener la suficiente cantidad de ingreso, no pueden costear gastos de un buen sueldo.

The first stage was a typical HR screening interview, where I was asked about my experience and motivation. The next stage was with another company representative, but that interview did not seem very professional. The most disappointing part was that after several stages, I did not receive any feedback. Based on this experience, I would not recommend applying.
