Wiltshire Police interview questions

Was contacted all through email, no phone contact including finding out I was unsuccessful with no feedback. I have been waiting for feedback why I have been unsuccessful for 3 weeks now. The interview itself was very formal and I felt awkward through it all.

On initial application, I registered my interest and was sent a lengthy application pack to complete which consisted of the basics I.e. Employment history, education, criminal records, additional qualifications etc and then it went into competency based questions, based in the essential criteria. You are given a blank piece of paper and asked to write about an example of how you have met the competency they are looking for. Once through the papersift, I was invited for an interview held by 2 police officers and a member of police staff which lasted around an hour. ariund 2 weeks later I got a letter offering me a posiion
