Interview
Municipalities this big will vary in terms of how the interview process goes, but this one was dull. The questions were the generic kind we've all heard during our careers with a few budget-related items thrown in. There was no real opportunity to question to sell yourself; the only option was to tackle the standard answer and then veer off so you could add something which might make your interview stand out. They were polite, at least.

Question 1
