I submitted an application, got a phone call, had an in-person interview with the members of the department I was applying to work in, got another phone call, and had an online interview with the President and the Vice President.

The interview questions pertained to my previous experiences and how I could use them in the role that I was applying for.

There was a two step process. The first interview was informational where I met with the Director to learn about the job, the salary and the expectations. The second was a day long interview where I met with the department and other relevant employees. I also completed a test of writing and phone skills.

Application - phone screen about 2 weeks later - campus for interview with potential supervisor, that person's supervisor, a few senior staff members, faculty/administration panel, HR Director and lunch with students (1/2 day) - offer came quickly with short turn around time on decision making.

Nothing particularly unexpected or anything I was not prepared for. As with most colleges, you need to make a good case for why you are interested in them in particular, especially if you are coming from a place out side of higher ed or a very different type of institution. Do your research on the school, it's culture, the student body and the mission.
