Quick, not-superficial (no camera for first interview), and focused on competencies. About 3 interviews from start to finish and I got to meet the CEO at the end of the process.

Interview
It was a phone interview for which I received an email to schedule an appropriate time. I did receive follow-up calls on the status of the application, which was surprisingly considerate given that - in my experience - there are other companies that didn't even show up to the interview appointments that they themselves set.
