Interview
I applied online to the Nottingham Restaurant, and was invited to do a 3 hour unpaid trial shift. I did the shift, and was then told I would be contacted within a week to let me know if I was successful. After a week I rang them and they said they were still deciding. After 2 weeks I called again and they responded with they wanted to hire me, but 'head office' was not allowing them to hire new people, as they were trying to rehire positions into which people had been made redundant earlier in the year. They told me to keep waiting, and almost 2 months after I did the trial shift, I received an email saying I did not get the position. DO NOT DO A TRIAL SHIFT HERE.

Interview
Firstly, I got an offer and was invented to interview at the restaurant. The manager just asked a few questions and then gave me a trail shift in the day of interview. Interview process was fast, it took around 5 minutes.
Submitted CV and had an informal chat in the restaurant. Was a general chat about my experience and what I could bring to the company. Was given a tour of the restaurant and met some of the staff
