Three interviews:General, Technical, Cultural. HR representative was the most unprofessional I've encountered - mis-scheduled meetings multiple times. When mis-schedule occurred, no notice of interview being cancelled. I'm honestly clueless as to what happened - the last interview was closed with 'looking forward to talking with you again in the not too distant future'. Then received an no-reply email saying it won't continue. Request for interview feedback declined - zero feedback despite requesting politely to the HR rep.. Interviews had to be divided into additional interviews due to not having enough time. Overall: A whole lot of demand from the company when it comes to interviews, Google style interview process with one tenth of the Google perks on offer (Small WeWork office with Brazil time zones for most meetings). Some of the questions I felt were redundant to typical on-the-job Data Science tasks; multiple detailed ML questions, which experienced manager know are 5-10% of a data scientists job, and little to no people management/project management/business value/requirements gathering questions. It's in essence an in-depth pop quiz on varying ML. They're very young in there data strategy life cycle, sensed a lack of experience in knowing where the DS team will land and not clear long term structure, feel it was reflected in the type of questions presented.
