Many people have chimed in about this company, and just to be clear: nobody has said that anyone was rude or disrespectful, and that's true: they're generally good people. However, the problem is that they don't seem to know how to screen well, and they also don't follow up. That's a consistent pattern. I was told that, while there was no negative feedback and they generally enjoyed the interviews, they wanted a better fit. Given I aced everything they asked specifically about, this was concerning, especially since they didn't contact me for that response, I contacted them after hearing nothing for an extended period. This happens, but the bigger issue (and there's a pattern here as well) is that Widen will give you the impression that all is good in the interview, when deep down they've decided not to go with you long before you get through the process. And that's a problem.
