The boss will set you in the office and ask you basic interview questions, like why you like your good for the job. She will also explain all the training and qualifications you will need.

Interview
It consisted of one interview with the head of the program Emily McVay. She was very personable yet to the point in the interview. She asked some simple interview questions and asked about my swimming and teaching/coaching experience. It was short and sweet.
