There was one interview with a recruiter followed by a "panel" interview with two members from the team. It was a fairly quick process on the whole. They got back to me after the final interview within a week of two. This had to be one of the most bizarre interview experiences I've had in my life. The recruiter was SO rude to me. He repeatedly interrupted me mid-sentence saying "Woah, woah, woah... you lost me. My question was..." He allowed me no time to go into my background, insisting I answer him briefly and with the exact wording he asked me the questions. At one point I had to say "Yeah, I'm getting to it if you let me finish." He was openly unhappy with all my answers and made some backhanded comments about how the organization requires a very particular kind of personality. Still, he passed me off to the next round. The two team members were less openly rude but looked so bored, not giving any feedback on my answers, just jotting down notes, which made the whole thing extremely uncomfortable. They also asked me a bunch of strange questions, see below.
