There was a three-stage interview assessing a range of Technical skills, MuleSoft product knowledge, communication skills, business or consulting experience, and working culture. Overall, I found that the interview process was very engaging and professional.

Interview
First round was a pep talk. Generally of the previous projects and experience. Next round was face to face interview. Interviewers are Very friendly. The place looked small definitely but it was good.

The position was for Mule ESB and web services. Was given a scenario to write down data to a file, read from it and route based on that.Was asked to write down the WSDL and corresponding flows etc.

First round is initial evaluation round via telephone. It has taken around 15min. Complete concentration on performance improvements I have done in my previous projects. Has gone into deep level and step by step.
Cleared the first telephonic round and got call for F2F interview.
They need a person with very good debugging skills rather than development experience.
