Scenario about time boxing and Fast-tracking examples
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation in Oct 2022
Interview
Within a day of applying, I was invited to do a recorded video interview. I completed this within a day and it was fairly easy. After that, the recruiter said it would be passed along to the hiring team for review. I didn't receive any news for 6 weeks, and then I was invited for a 45-min Zoom interview with the hiring manager where I was asked four questions that related to the Whirlpool leadership pillars. Two days later I received an email from the recruiter that I would not be moving forward. Overall this long delay was frustrating, and the recruiter asked me multiple questions via email that I had already answered, and never answered most questions I asked.

Question 1
How do you create a culture of continuous improvement? Tell me about a time you drove a big change or innovation. Why did you do it, how did you do it, and what was the impact?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation (Benton Harbor, MI) in Aug 2018
Interview
2 levels of phone screening, followed by one site interview and community based tour in the Benton Harbor area. Many of the interview questions followed the questioner supplied by HR which primarily focused on understanding the candidate's fit to the organization culture and nature. Overall interview was good but slow in terms of decision making and on boarding
