You can apply on the web and not hear a response until the job posting is closed. That is a big turn-off. A communication is needed to let you know that you do/do not quality for the job. Expect multiple interviews. Expect meeting the hiring manager. Expect meeting the hiring managers peers. Expect a few rounds of interviews.

Fifty people have applied for this job with the same credentials, what makes you better than them?
It consists of 3 stages. Firstly, you send your CV. After CV screening it is an interview with hr. It was quite good. Second step is an interview with managers.
2 stage interview process, in the first round 2 30 minute behavioral interviews and in the second round, 3 45 minute interviews with a mix of behavioral and technical content regarding financial statements and such
