Interview
There was 1 screening and 3 rounds of interviews. The interviews are done with steerco mentors who have leadership roles in the company. They are behavioral questions to help understand whether you are a determined, hardworking, and helpful individual.
The interview process was conducted very professionally. Every person I met with was not only kind, but genuinely passionate about Whirlpool and the MLDP Program. The questions were as expected and appropriate for the role
