On-site assessment center: teamwork + a series of interviews. Local HR people made it a really unpleasant experience; however, a couple of weeks later a recruiter provided me with quality feedback on my performance. Given that the whole process lasted for several months, the information they had gathered has really helped me set better objectives for future professional development.

5 steps with group business case 2 days long in milan. Interviews with senior directors and case group with presentation in front of everybody. There were observer during the entire process
Personality test, Pre screening interview, Pre-recorded video interview and final AC.
Terrible experience of dealing with the HR during the recruitment process. Never seen such appalling lack of communication from any company despite multiple emails.
