Very short (15/20) minute interview on campus. Talked to them at career fair, got back to me within a couple hours asking for an interview the following day. Interviewed with a panel of three employees. One of them being my potential mentor if given the job. Interview was very relaxed. Employers seemed happy to be there and interested in what I had to say. Allowed time for the interviewee to ask questions at the end.

Learned about opportunity through employee. Set up a couple hour interview which consisted of a plant tour and two panel type interviews. Tour takes about 1/2 hour and the panel interviews combine for about 1.5 hours.

Got an on-campus interview after the college career fair. Very laid back interview, just going over resume and things about me. Got an interview at the plant for this week. The guy was really cool and seemed very interested and involved with what I was saying to him. I would be happy to work with the company.
