Came through externship with the company and the interview was over the phone. Very casual and professional, and a speedy reply for when I got the job. Went through two interviews total for two different positions with Whirlpool and one I received an offer, the other I was rudely denied. Overall great process with the opportunity that presented itself.

2 interviews. First interview was behavioral and technical questions. Second interview was more how my technical background was utilized in my past experience and getting to know me better. Both interviews were with 2 people asking each questions.

Google Hangout with a manufacturing manager, engineer as well as someone from HR. Only about 30 minutes. First half was going over role responsibilities and job specifics. Second half was 4 or 5 behavioral type questions.
